Domain names applied for during the Sunrise Period but for which applications were rejected or have expired, were not able to be registered.
Starting at June 7, 2006 this domain names will be released by the Registry Operator and they are available for registration.
In the next months starting at June 7, 2006 and at each week at Tuesday 11:00 (ECT) further domain names will be released.
At emerion you can apply for a domain name before it will be released from the registry operator. The application will be queued and sent to the registry if the appropriate domain name is free for registration. So you can get a domain name unsuccessfully applied in the Sunrise Period.
The application for a domain name in this new period, also called "Landrush II" is free of charge. The annual domain name fee will be charged only for successful registered domain names.

The first domain names unsuccessfully applied for during the Sunrise Period will be released on June 7, 2006. Domai names released will include all expired domain names and those for which the last application in the queue for that name was rejected 45 days prior to May 24, 2006. Only domain names which are subject to ADR proceedings will not be released.
The remaining domain names that were rejected during Sunrise Period, and that will not be available for registration at June 7, 2006, will be released on a weekly basis on Tuesdays at 11:00 (CET). These Tuesday releases will continue, until all domain names, applied for during Sunrise but not granted to any applicants, have been released.
