Job Profile:
Administration and maintenance of our servers in a complex hosting architecture
- Server setup and configuration
- Software installation and updates
- Performance monitoring
- Problem analysis and help for our support
- Enhancement and development of our hosting system
Requirements:
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of Linux and system administration
- Programming languages: Perl, PHP, shell Scripting
- Operating system: Linux, UNIX
- Data base: SQL, for example MySQL or PostgreSQL
- HTML and XML knowledge
- good English and German
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, smtp as well as the default Mail and Web protocols
- high readiness of application and learning
- Ability of independent work
- Readiness for the teamwork
